Being cared for isn’t the same as feeling needed.
In interviews, a pattern came up again and again:
people living alone later in life often receive help, but fewer chances to contribute. They need a way to give something meaningful back.
Cooking is already a form of giving.
A physical card is visible, giftable, and easy to keep in a kitchen. It doesn’t require an account or any searching; it’s just there.
